Each day 3 Pipos Restaurant has six daily specials in addition to the menu, normally two options would be fish, the others are usually meat.

One also may choose from 16 other different dishes on the menu, where “Bacalhau” cod-based dishes reign as king. However because one has so much to choose from, first enjoy our special starters assortment dish, our cured meats and the small cheeses from the mountains. And of course because food and wine are a magic couple, choose from our extensive wine list.

To continue this delight and to better understand our culture and traditions try one of our Bacalhau recipe variations, our famous grilled or fried octopus, or even the 3 Pipos steak among many other dishes.

For dessert why not try a caramel-custard, “tigelada da Beira” (typical pudding from the Beira region), “toucinho do Ceú” (egg-yolk and almond based pudding) or “requeijão com doce de abóbora” (smooth and creamy fresh cheese with pumpkin jam) among many other delicious desserts.
